New(ish) Schedule – Plus, Podcast Audio Coming in November
Expect a more focused, actionable experience with fewer emails next month, plus NEW podcast versions of each post
TL;DR: Fewer – but more focused and actionable – emails next month, plus NEW podcast versions of each post for paying subscribers – perfect for listening on your commute.
The end of the year is fast approaching, and with it come deadlines, planning, and holiday excitement (oh my!). This time of year can get hectic, so with that in mind, we’re making a slight change to the publication schedule next month through December – without sacrificing the value you’ve come to expect from Leadership by 16Personalities, of course.
Next month, expect a more focused experience with fewer – but more actionable – emails from us. We’re doubling down on the good stuff to help you get the most out of our publication AND adding a fun new audio feature (more on that below…).
Specifically, here’s what you can expect throughout November:
More focus on YOU: Our entire 5-day “Managing Up Challenge” will be all about YOU as a leader, helping you (ever so gently) navigate managing your own boss
Shorter, more actionable insights: We’ll explore managing up for each of the four personality Roles: Analysts, Diplomats, Sentinels, and Explorers. Expect four articles, one for each Role. Each article will also include an exploration of the specific personality types within a Role. (Like how an ENTJ manager might respond versus an INTP).
The usual value: You’ll still get an engaging discussion starter (paying subscribers only) and tips and tricks to help you succeed in the challenge.
NEW! Podcast audio: For paying subscribers, each article will be available as a podcast, so you can listen on the go. Full disclosure: these podcasts are AI-generated, but we’ve tested them, and they sound impressively human. We’re excited to try this new format and would love your feedback.
You’re busy, I’m busy, and it’s harder (for both of us) to stay focused when the holidays are in sight. So, let’s make things a little lighter and see how this new and improved approach works for the rest of the year.
Afterward, I’ll send out a survey to hear what you think. If you love it, great! If not, that’s okay too – we’ll adapt and make sure this remains the best leadership publication for YOU.
Thanks for being part of the journey!
