Employees who left my team, after serious investment into training and software platforms, started arriving at work later and later. Production slowly diminished. I have better outcomes with older associates. Some young people we have hired are chasing more excitement.

ISXJ here - I've mentally checked out at work so hope this is helpful. I've worked there for 20 years and since Covid, things have changed a lot. I guess it's been a vicious circle: changes have been imposed from above without consultation, so when there are opportunities to put ideas forward, I don't bother because I don't feel they'll be listened to.

I no longer volunteer for things that I would have done previously, as I don't feel appreciated by management. I'd step in and help out a peer if I could, as I know my colleagues would do the same for me.

An officemate said that she couldn't tell that I wanted to leave, so I guess from the outside, I'm still ticking all the boxes. I don't want to shirk my responsibilities or not pull my weight, but at the same time, my heart's not in it :(
